What are table prices???

Free table is fair, not exciting. Additional tables available, no prices given. Click to buy, asked to sign in without price given up front. App store only lists top purchases of $1.99 and $2.99, but not all tables can be found.

Would be nice if there were preview options or ways to earn free tables.
