I payed for South Park table and didn’t get it

Right now I bought South Park table and didn’t get it. Game offers me to buy it again. I tried to restore my purchases but unsuccessful, game show me that I don’t have any purchases. Game support is awful forum. There are no any email addresses or phone numbers.
